At checkout you have the choice of the following methods of secure payment:

Delivery details

All orders are sent tracked and insured according to value.
Orders placed over the festive season or during any postal strikes may be delayed so do allow extra time for delivery if needed for a particular date.

UK BUYERS - all orders are tracked and insured for peace of mind

  • Orders up to £150 in value are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 costing £2.90
    delivery within two working days approx after dispatch, and is tracked and insured

  • Orders over £150 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery costing £9.40 –
    delivery within one working day approx after dispatch, and is tracked and insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc

  • Orders up to £50 are sent Royal Mail International Tracked at £11.00 per order.

  • Orders up to £250 are sent Royal Mail International Tracked at £13.50 per order.

Most international orders take on average six to ten working days after dispatch to arrive but could take much longer whilst the package waits to clear customs and/or travels through the postal network which is out of my control.

At checkout you only pay for your beads and postage - I do not collect tax. You could be charged the standard tax rate, any import duties etc by your countries Customs upon entry to your country. You are responsible for paying these duties. I am not responsible for any delays or these additional fees incurred at Customs.

GDPR Privacy Notice

I care about your privacy. This notice explains how I collect and use your personal data when you make a purchase.

1. Who I am

I’m Bianca Gruber, the owner of Bianca Gruber Glass. I’m the sole trader responsible for collecting and handling your personal data in line with GDPR rules.

2. What data I collect and why

When you order from me, I request your email address. This is only used to:

  • Create tracked postage labels for your order.

  • Provide you with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel's progress by receiving email updates from Royal Mail.

3. How Long I Keep Your Data

I keep your email only as long as necessary for processing your order, creating your shipping label and tracking. I have limited timed access to your email for the sole purpose of processing your order, creating your shipping label and for tracking its delivery. It will only be used for this purpose.

4. How I Protect Your Data
I take appropriate security measures to protect your email address and ensure it is not misused. Your email is stored securely and will only be shared with delivery partners who handle the shipment and tracking of your order.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the email address held

  • Correct any mistakes in your data

  • Request that I delete your data

  • Ask me to delete your email if you no longer wish to receive tracking information (note: this may affect my ability to fulfill your order).

6. Sharing Your Data

I don’t sell or share your data with anyone. Your email is shared ONLY with delivery partners to send your order and provide tracking information.

Can I return my order?

You can for beads that were not Made-To-Order. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order (taken from date tracking states your order was delivered). Item must be returned within 10 days, unused, fit for resale, with any box or pouch and be well packaged. (Items returned in inadequate packaging/ loose and subsequently damaged in the return transit will not be refunded. You are responsible for the postage costs (and any customs charges). I recommend sending Tracked with appropriate postal insurance cover for your items value. Once item is safely returned and inspected, I will happily refund the cost of the item. No exchanges.

Made-To-Order beads and earrings are not refundable.

All orders are photographed as they are packed to document their pristine condition. Should there be a problem with your order, please get in touch within 2 days so we can discuss how to proceed. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding any bead you are interested in before buying. I want you to be delighted with your purchase! I can supply a further image/video of any bead you are interested in if you would like to see it in a different light.
